A one hour call with the decision makers. We scope the work, check we are a good fit and that we can really help, then agree price, terms and length.

Our director
Hi there! I’m the founder and managing director of Aliso Digital, with 19 years of experience as an IT consultant working on digital transformation programs. I cover business analysis, process optimisation, technical writing, knowledge management, and UI / UX design. I’ve run my own consultancy for 12 years.
I’ve been part of enterprise digital transformation programs across ITSM, HRIS, ERP, CRM, POS, KMS and EDRMS platforms, plus workflow automation. Clients come from government, healthcare, science and medical research, finance, education, telecommunications, infrastructure, aviation, construction and property, technology, retail, logistics and pharmacy. I’ve worked on multi-million dollar programs running years at a time, for national organisations and global firms, reaching millions of end users.
Most programs split this work across several specialists and lose something in the gaps. I hold it together, backed by a small team when a program needs it. Clients call me at the difficult point. The system is coming, nobody agrees on how the work is done today, and go live is close.
